Floor 5 Comfort can be used with all our tent models in size 5. This floor is made of a carefully chosen standard-type material and has almost the same construction as Floor Pro (U-opening is not possible).
Need not be detached – Is automatically in the correct position when the Nordic tipi is put up because it need not be detached when packing the tent.
Zip cover – Protects the zip from dirt.
Stretches out nicely – A tensioning device makes it easy to get the floor nice and flat. It also improves the seal between the floor and the walls, helping to keep insects out.

Flexible solutions

A floor increases the comfort of the Nordic tipi and protects against moisture and insects. In our range, there are floors to fit in every Nordic tipi. The combinations with half floors and inner tents offer comfortable and flexible solutions for your needs. The opening in the middle of the floor makes it possible to light a fire in the tent. The floors are easy to use and do not need to be detached when packing. During assembling, the floor is adjusted with a stretching device for a nicely stretched and tight-fitting floor.
Tentipi whole floors are available in two grades – Pro and Comfort. Either grade of floor can be used with any of our tent models except Olivin. The zips make it possible to open the floor in different ways. A tensioning device fitted to the outer tent improves the seal between the floor and the tent walls, helping to keep insects out.

Many people use their Nordic tipi without a floor. However, using our separate floor has several advantages. While the floor covers the entire ground area of the tent, it prevents you from condensation caused by ground dampness. The floor also protects from direct ground dampness, in addition dirt and snow can be more easily kept away. It also gives better safety against ants, mosquitoes and other insects.

Examples of openings Comfort floor

The zips make it possible to open the floor in different ways.
Open from the centre and outwards. This allows you to brush off bread crumbs on the ground rather than on the floor. Also enables use of stove or open fire.
Open from the centre and outwards but without opening the zip by the door. Allows crumbs to be brushed onto the ground while making more dry storage space by the door.
Use O+A-opening for secure use of an open fire or stove and allow more dry storage space by the door.
Open from the door. To avoid having dirty boots on the tent floor.
