The South Coast Tipis story begins with a wedding, when one of the owners, Jonny, was married in tipis in the Scottish Highlands. He was bitten by the bug and decided to take the tents to the beautiful landscape of southern New South Wales. "We wanted to provide a service that encouraged people to be outdoors and surrounded by the dramatic landscapes that we have here. We love to go to places others wouldn’t, down dusty roads and mud tracks to find amazing places in the bush to celebrate. We chose Tentipi due to their clear difference as a supplier in approachability, support, knowledge and product, we are so so glad we did as we have found that we have constant support from Amy and the team, even at the other end of the planet.” JONNY O’CONNOR, Director

They use their Stratus 72 as a lounge and their Nimbus 16s for separate private dining areas. “Transporting the experience of three Michelin Star dining to a working farm presented many challenges. Tentipi’s Event Tents played an instrumental role in our ability to continue our operation throughout 2020. The selection of tents specifically worked seamlessly with the aesthetic and design of our ‘Quince at the Farm’ series.
